FROM THE YOUTH DIRECTOR
Hello, everyone. I hope you are having a great week filled with the Spirit of God. This week, I would like you to think of the word “opportunity”. I think we can all agree that opportunities come and go, do they not? In my own life, I thank God for all the opportunities that He has presented to me that have constantly been a shaping force to my life. I honestly believe that without those opportunities, I would not be who and where I am today. I openly thank Him for all the opportunities that have unfolded before me. I hope all of us take every opportunity to share our faith and share what Christ has done in our lives. In Revelation, it describes the two weapons to be used against Satan; the word of God and testimony. Our testimonies. Our open words can be weapons in the fight for Christ if we let them be. Remember that sometimes, all you need to do is just let someone know you care and that God cares too. These simple gestures can make a difference in their lives. Let’s use theses opportunities to let people know about our faith and know that there is a greater life to be lead by all of us through Jesus Christ.
